Idea explosion!!! Why not take a favorite sugary snack and make it healthy? Kashi and peanut butter? Yes please!
1 1/2 cups Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal
1 scoop Quest Nutrition Milkshake protein
2 T natural peanut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Melt the peanut butter in a bowl. Stir in and coat the cereal. Pour protein into ziploc bag. Add coated cereal. Mix well to coat. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon! Serves 2.
